When conducting a Feng Shui audit I normally incorporate use of dowsing with both pendulum to find the exact center of any given dwelling and dowsing rods to determine if harmful Geopathic Stress in the form of water veins run beneath the house or office facility.
This is a prevalent state here in Norway, due to all the water in both the air, sea and ground.

Geopathic Stress or harmful earth rays, is natural radiation which rises up through the earth and is distorted by weak electro-magnetic fields created by subterranean running water, certain mineral concentrations, fault lines and underground cavities. The wavelengths of the natural radiation disturbed in this way become harmful to living organisms.

Detection of water veins and energy matrices can facilitate successful placement of people and furniture in given homes ensuring avoidance of these negative intersections.

When dowsing homes I imagine a curtain of wavering energy coming up from the ground penetrating solid matter up to any floor in a high story building.

By using the technique as described in the article entitled “Pendulum Dowsing Method” attaining the proper wavelength, I chart the harmful water veins in a house along with the flying stars as calculated. These are drawn onto the same house sketch.

Based on this method, any water veins that crisscross are not recommended to sleep on, eat dinner on or spend any considerable amount of time on.
Once identified inside the dwelling, we go outside to double check the geopathic stress and subsequently nullify their effects by placing 90 cm iron 12 mm iron bars (commonly used in cement reinforcement when building) at a perpendicular angle to the vein just outside the building in the ground where it enters and exits on the other side.

Due to accumulation and overspill of this magnetic energy being halted over time it is necessary to tap them on occasion with a metal object releasing the pent up energy. The bars need to be placed such that they are easily found (I spray paint them) and at least 5-10 cm of the bar remain above the surface of the ground.
