A. Fill up a glass jar with any kind of salt ¾ full.
B. Place 6 Chinese I-Ching Coins (brass round coin with a square hole in the middle) on top of the salt min a circle with the yang side up (4 characters up).
C. Fill the jar to the top with water.
D. Place the cures in South and/or Northwest sector(s) or if you have a full flying star analysis (link to my page) anywhere else you have the 2 or 5.
E. Place protection under the jar so as not to ruin any furniture.
F. Ensure the water is kept topped up.
G. Keep the top of the glass open at all time.
H. Keep the jar out in the open at all times.
I. Crystals will form over time in that this shows it is working to absorb negative energies.
J. Hands off after placement. Touching it disturbs the negative energy and releases them.

At the end of the solar year on February 3, 2009 remove and throw away the cure. All of it, salt, water, coins and jar. Then make another one.  

Using the Patten of Saturn you can determine in later years where the yearly stars will be located.  

  
Other types of cures that remedy inauspicious earth energy (i.e. Water Stars 2 & 5) are:  

1. The sound of metal. Wind chimes are extremely helpful in this task.
2. The presence of a calabash in the afflicted area. This must have a whole at the top and the original seeds. They are effective if natural, laquered, painted silver or gold.
3. Certain essences that wean off the negative energy, ie. Metal element essential oils.
